On September 5th, 2011, PVTECH as the representative of Fujian high-tech entereprises take part in the Provincial Scientific and Enterprise technological innovation conference. About 1000 people take part in the conference, including the government of all cities and counties, the science and technology bureaus, the intellectual property rights bureaus, and all of the related institutions, enterprises, high schools and scientific research institutions.The meeting is held to speed up changing the way of development and impulse the enterprises into a real scientific and technological innovative new body.Mr. Zhang Cangping, the member of the Fujian standing committee and executive vice governor, attend the conference and give his address. He emphasize that all parties and department should strengthen and orgnize all possible powers and resources to promote the great formation of supporting the enterprise and helping the enterprises for technological innovation.Mr. Cong Lin, the chief of Fujian Science and Technology Bureau, point out that to promote the science and technology innovation for enterprises according to project, place and talent, the three-in-one integrity system, we should firstly well handle the work of concept tansformation, inspirit policy, innovative service, platform buliding, and innovative management so as to creat a great environment for enterprises innovation.The conference also commend those who got the National and Provincial Science and technology awards on 2010, the National Patent excellent award on 2010, the National appearance designing excellent award and the Provincial patents award, and the National third batch innovative enterprises. The participator also discuss the “The Regulation for the Fujian Provincial government on support the enterprises scientific and technogical innovation and production transformation”.As the presentative of the Fujian province scientific enterprise, PVTECH learn the main sprit of this conference seriously.
