Xiamen PVTECH Co., Ltd. laid the foundation for its Intelligent Industrial Park and plans to build the world's largest LED tube lamp production base.
According to Xiamen Daily, Taihainet reported on November 18 that, another key enterprise in Xiamen Torch Hi-tech Zone increased capital, expanded production, and enhanced new production capacity. Yesterday, the project "PVTECH Intelligent Industrial Park" which was invested and constructed by PVTECH, was officially laid its foundation. The project is located in Torch (Xiang'an District) Hi-tech Zone, with total investment of 150 million yuan, and plans to build the world's largest LED tube lamp production base.
"Although affected by the outbreak of COVID-19 this year, our company's business development made progress in a sustained upward trend, so we decided to invest more for further production." General Manager of PVTECH Fuxing Lu said, construction area of the project is about 75000 square meters and is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. The new annual output value of 1 billion yuan and 1000 new jobs can be achieved within 5 years after the project put into operation.
Established in 2010, PVTECH is an independent enterprise cultivated by Torch Hi-tech Zone. Starting from a 100-square-meter office in Xiamen Innovation and Pioneer Park, PVTECH continues to deepen the field of linear light sources, promote independent research and development, and produce high-end LED lighting products with core competitiveness. After ten years’ development, PVTECH has become a key enterprise in LED lighting industry, with an average annual growth rate of 70% since 2011.
Over the years, PVTECH has continued to expand international market, and its export business has ranked high in tube lamp. Among them, the number of products exported to Japan ranks first in the industry, also, patents owned by PVTECH in Japan ranks top one in domestic industry. Take the lights in train carriage as an example, in Japan, half of them are produced by PVTECH.

Fuxing Lu said that PVTECH Intelligent Industrial Park is aiming to be an automation model project, and intelligent manufacturing will be core to promote efficiency upgrades. Looking ahead, they will hold new development pattern, rely on new industrial base to strengthen independent innovation. On the basis of R&D and manufacturing of high-end and reliable tube lamp products, add new product categories, further expand domestic market and create well-known independent brand, and help enhance influence of Xiamen LED lighting brand.
