On November 27, PVTECH entered a renovated factory:Unit28,Yangtai Road, Xinyang Industrial Zone, Haicang District, Xiamen.The renovated factory is a separated zone and has its own entrance and courtyard, with around 20,000sqm, which lays a solid foundation for production enlargement and affords above 1.2 million pieces of led tubes per month.

Through investing advanced devices, firstly the SMD with a fastest chip mounting speed worldwide, the new factory highly improves its production efficiency. The IES testing equipment can test the longest lamp in the lab. The perfection of devices not only complies with the requirement of high-speed development of production, also provides more comprehensive and professional service for clients.The workshop carries out semi-automatic production assembly line work. In the first period, the workshop allocates 10 assembly lines, forming highly effective working mode, which ensures the lead time and quality.Additionally, the new factory equips regular bus for the staff.With the renovated factory and advanced devices, the whole staff insisting on the belief of high qualified LED tube, PVTECH has stepped towards a better tomorrow.
